God is one infinite in power, whose name is JESUS CHRIST. We believe that He was revealed to us a Father in creation, Son in redemption, and the Holy Spirit in Sanctification. (Deut. 6:4 , 1 Cor. 8:6, 1 Tim. 3:16, John 1:1, John 1:14, Eph. 4:6, 2 Cor. 5:19, Joel 2:28)
The Bible is the inspired, infallible (unalterable) Word of God, written by holy men of old as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. (2 Peter 1:20 - 21)
Jesus Christ dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; for it pleased the Father that in HIM should all the fullness dwell. (Col. 2:9, Col 1:19, John 14:6 – 11, 1 Tim. 3:16, 2Cor. 5:19)
Jesus was God robed in flesh, and that Jesus was both human and divine. (1 Tim. 3:16, Hebrews 10:4 – 10)
Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works. Faith in Jesus is the means by which a person is justified. At the same time, a sinner must believe the gospel; he is commanded to repent of his sinful life, to be baptized in water in the name of Jesus Christ, and to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Thus, the various aspects of faith and obedience work together in God's grace to reconcile us to God. (Acts 2:38, 4:12, 8:12 – 17, 10:43-48, 19:1 –16)
We also believe in the glorious catching away of the saints (the rapture), before the tribulation. (1 Thes. 4:13-18, 1 Cor. 15:51-54, Acts 2:11)
We pray together aloud because in the Bible we read, They lifted up their voice to God with one accord (Acts 4:24).
We lift our hands in praise because in the Bible we read, Lift up your hands in the sanctuary, and bless the Lord (Psalm 134:2).
We sing with all our hearts because in the Bible we read, Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise (Psalm 98:4).
We play musical instruments because in the Bible we read, All of the house of Israel played before the LORD on all manner of instruments (2 Sam. 6:5).
We clap and shout unto God because in the Bible we read, O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph (Psalm 47:1).
We dance before the LORD because in the Bible we read, Praise Him with the timbrel and dance: praise Him with stringed instruments and organs (Psalm 150:4).
We walk in LOVE and not fear. We hope we can encourage a life, or two, or three. -NCC
